A question for all who eat on the run.
A mechanical contractor friend who wants to help his brother retrofit a large vehicle to be used for a lunch wagon asked me what regulations were to be followed when running propane piping within the vehicle and any other info pertaining to it's set up. Does anyone have any experience or possibly provide a link to regs pertaining to such. This is in New Jersey.

I looked into adding
additional seats in the Sprinter. I ended up talking with an RV conversion company.
They claim there are some strict federal DOT regs regarding any alterations to a vehicle. Without the proper approval you can be held liable for any injuries. Especially with regards to seat belts and airbags, in my case.
I'd suggest you contact the conversion companies for a list of regulations. also check with your LP association.
