    Hahaha

How come some homes that have the heat shut off are colder inside than outside ? :)

Lotsa repair work . Musta been a fun one Dave . Did you add supplemental heat to the house temporarily , or fix the baseboard leaks first ?

the toilet will always tell ya

if the crapper is frozen solid, everything is.

I had one too 16 splits throughout the house, leaked all over and ruin the hardwood floors on the whole first floor. The emergency switch was off.

house was for sale and vacant, the real estate person was very upset.

There was an error rendering this rich post.

    Dead batteries

I just finished one here. Pulled up to the house and there were icicles all around the lower part of the house. 16 splits and four fittings pushed apart. The batteries were dead in a battery operated thermostat.
