    Nylon ties - 1000 at home depot for $18

    I install the ties with the end tucked under.

    You must not value your labor much....

    From one of my employees after the first day with this tool, "This makes installing snowmelting tube fun!"  It reduced our labor factor to the same labor factor as doing staple down tubing. In otherwords, it cut our labor costs in half.



    You are only looking at it from the cheap nylon tie cost, and not from the expensive labor commodity cost....

    I wonder what

    happened to this Peter Mangone tie tool? It worked very well, simple construction, long handle, fast, etc
