Why so much steam from my modcon?

Hi All:
My contractor put a Prestige 110 with an indirect SMART tank in when we remodeled. Hot water all the time and nice quiet heat, so I can't complain. But...he vented it out the back side wall of the house, and it seems like it puts out a lot of steam.
Is this normal for modcons? It does put out a bit of condensate too, so it is "condensing"....

to a point. the Flue gases are condensing.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

I kinda figured it was fine....
But just wanted to check. I mentioned it to my contractor and he just looked at me like I should know better.....0 -
Yep.
That's normal. The lower the return water temp the more condensate you should get. The manual should give a rough estimate of about how much condensates is normal within a given temp and time frame. Viess.0
