Cold Radiator

Hi: I have a 2 story house with a forced hotwater heating system and radiators. One of the radiators on the second floor is cold and when I bleed it I get a little air, then a little water, then nothing. When the circulator is running, all of the pex tubing for the circuit to that radiator remains cold, even at the manifold in the cellar while all of the other radiator circuits heat normally. Could there be this much air in the system and how do I bleed it out?
Thanks for any help!

did this radiator ever heat?0 -
cold radiator
Yes. The problem radiator did heat very well . I can't say how suddenly it stopped working though I would bet that it was fairly quickly . We noticed that it was cold in that room (which is the one that has the thermostat) but very warm in all the other rooms upstairs. The system was installed in the middle of 2009 .0 -
no flow?
I once had a manifold port that was clogged with dirt which caused no flow :& no heat.0 -
Cold radiator
It has been my experience that when I am bleeding air out a system and everything stops, no water or air coming out, the pressure reducing valve (fill valve) has failed. Check the pressure gauge on your boiler, it should be in the twelve lb. range.0
