Steam Specialist Need in Newburgh, NY area

Could anyone recommend a steam specialist who services Cornwall, NY?  (About 10 miles south of Newburgh.)   I've been referred to plenty of people who have "worked with steam before", but I really need someone who *knows* how steam works.
