Measure Oil Consumption in Apartment

Have a customer with a 3 unit apartment with five monoflow loops. The boiler is a Buderus G215-5. Unit 1 has one zone, unit 2 has three zones and unit 3 has four zones. Except for unit 1 each monoflow loop has at least two zones using Taco zone valves and relays. Any suggestions how the oil usage could be calculated for each loop or zone?

perhaps
perhaps you could install an hour meter for each zone (valve/motor) .. then you will know how many hours each zone ran... from there, you should be able to back calculate the amount of oil used per hour TOTAL and split it based on the hours/zone.
i have a simple hour meter installed on my boiler, very cheap (under $20 each) and very easy to install see picture: http://picasaweb.google.com/jpf321/Fitzgibbons400Boiler?authkey=Gv1sRgCNOPnfifvI7MNA#5415686969374511410
