I am trying to get up to speed on oil boiler and hot water heater installs. Most photos posted over the years here seem to have been lost in the transition of this site to a new system. If people would would be kind enough to post some nice oil boiler with indirect tank installs that would be great. Trying to learn by example here and there are not that many great photos out on the web it seems... Many thanks!

Yes please!
Thanks those are super helpful! As well as a clear reminder of true craftsmanship around here.0 -
Is a heat trap already built into most indirects?
Do those Burnhams Alliance SLs, Budurus', and Triangle Tube indirects come with a heat trap fitting or is it a good idea to create a heat trap loop these days to minimize standby looses. Just curios for my own education, I noticed that none of the photos have heat traps.0 -
Gas-fired boilers with indirect
Two shots of a Burnham ES-23 with TT Smart 40, and a 7-section gas-fired Solaia with two Smart 60 indirects- this was for a house with a 70-gallon Jacuzzi.
I don't think the TT indirects have built-in heat traps. All Steamed Up, Inc.
