Ever wondered what steam looks like inside the boiler riser and header. I just found this and it answered a lot of my questions. How about you?

neil demonstrating wet steam
i believe that this a demonstration of how steam can be wet, when the surface of the water is oily. the presenter of the demo is neil murdough, a frequent contributor here. this shows why skimming is so important!--nbc0
