Difficulty navigating

in THE MAIN WALL
When I'm reading the posts on the Wall and I'm on the 2nd or 3rd page and looking at a thread there I can't get back to where I started. I always have to go back to the 1st page and then go to the 3rd say and scrool down. What am I doing wrong?
