Customer Kudos!

Got this email the other day. Nothing like a satisfied customer. 1-pipe diverter tee system. Pumps were all on the return (4) feeding into a 1.25" manifold. Migration through both bb zones, no flow to 2-3 rads on top floor. WM boiler dumping water. Got the referral from fellow Wallie "Gerry" (BIG shout out). Installed Crown Bimini 225 and moved pumps from 2 biggest zones to supply. Joined the 2 bb zones to make one bigger zone. (one was just 10' of 3/4 fin bb on it's own zone & pump). System works great now, heat all around, no air problems, pumping away, and life is great. I love it when a plan comes together and problems that have gone on for years are now gone. 2-3 guys before me charged for no results, just adding a bigger pump and running out the door with a check. Really glad to be able to make a difference.  I smell good referrals from this! What was your last customer Kudo moment?

Tim,

Thanks for all your work!

Every time I have massive problems with this 100 year old house and its

innards, I realize how inept my husband and I are and how silly it was

for us to buy this house when we were and are inept.  The other day I

really felt as if we could never resolve the heating problems.  It was

time to cut our losses and try to get the right buyer who can take care

of this dinosaur we call home.  We had been down the heating repair

road at least twice before and ended up doing lots, spending lots, and

never getting a warm house.  My former next door neighbor got that way

with her house and ended up tearing down every wall and spending far

more than she could afford.  Every plumbing, electrical, and heating

element was a mess after close to 100 years.  She ended up selling it

after the repairs, enjoying only two years in her house

post-repairs.  This is a sad story told all over our neighborhood by

many people who have seen it or experienced it.  The other day I felt

that I was now in that situation.  I was, indeed, pessimistic about

continuing to live in a house that needed so much and that will

continue to need a lot.  Although we HATE our house at times,

we appreciate all you have done to repair it. The heat is working great!
