Grundfos Alpha Behavior

Greetings,
A couple months back I installed a Grundfos Alpha for use with 3 zones in a new addition. The Alpha is pumping away from the boiler and the zone valves are located remotely within the addition on the returns. I've noticed that the Alpha always shows 0 GPM but the heat is working OK. I'm wondering if I need to run the pump in a manual mode instead of AutoAdapt. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

ALPHA Info
The first thing I would ask is are you experiencing any discomfort in the room due to low heat???
If you are getting flow, it is probably less than 1 GPM which will not show on the digital readout.
The ALPHA shows us that we seriously over size our pumps.0 -
Delta-T
I just hooked up the biggest loop Saturday and the room held at 68 with the outside temperature at under 10 degrees. I'm going to take a few measurements of the supply and return tonight and see what the delta-t is.0
