    go back to office job?

i don't know what your old office job was, but i just have to believe that the future would be better in your new trade. there are many steam/hydronic heating systems still in use which will probably need repairs by a competent mechanic over the next many years.

maybe there could be a better employer for you. best of luck, and keep up the present couse.--nbc

    Stay the course...

Tough times are a part of life. It shakes out the chaff and leaves the golden nuggets behind.

Take a second job if you must. We all have to do whatever it takes to get by. Better times are ahead, and it has been proven time and time again, that the service sector has the greatest potential for annual income because there is a serious shortage of manpower to handle the demands.

Regardless of what the economy does, people still need heat, water and sanitary systems. Stay the course and hang tuff.
