Anyone Remember K-Tel Records? (OT)

I was a kid,,, no money,, but loved the music of the time.

Who could afford buying all the separate albums it took for our few favorites?



Anyway, K-Tel had the answer(along with other cheap products),, to fill our needs.



Some products were good,,, others not so,,, but they still brought a "family" of affordable music to many ears in one album!

    Yeah

    Boy, I haven't heard the K-Tel name in quite a long time. Kind of like today's Time Life compilations/infomercials.



    I never bought one, and I don't think I've ever seen an actual K-Tel record.

    Oh Yeah!

    I still have my "Autumn 73" and "Autumn 75" albums.  They were two of my sisters and my favorite albums.  Gotta love K-Tel.
