Burnham problem

I have a new Burnham Independance steam boiler with probe low water cutoff auto fill and electronic ignition - also has damper vent closure thing. Most of the time it works fine - it was buzzing and not cycling right so we put it on its own electrical circuit. The buzzing is now coming back. Most fires are practically silent in starting and running - but once in awhile the darn thing is buzzing in the top of the inside of the furnace while it is running. Sometimes it is faint other times quite loud. Does anyone know what's causing this????

buzzing sound
look for something with a transformer, whose leaves are loose and buzz with the 60 cycle a/c. i had such a "fan center" on my boiler, and while everything worked, the buzzing was terrible. luckily it should be a standard part, available at a good heating supply house, such as johnstone supply. label all the wires, and get an exact replacement.--nbc0
