identify steam radiator

I am sizing a steam boiler for replacement and have found radiators that I am not familiar with - they are recessed cast iron - single row of tubes appr. 1" in diameter - the vents are located on the inside [between cabinet and radiation - you loosen a screw and lift out a small piece of blank tubes] - example:radiator is 23" high floor to top , tubes are 19" - radiator is 17" wide it has 9 tubes - I need to know a formula to determine square feet of steam required for this type of radiator.
Thanks,Ed

Are they Arco convectors?
If so a search will bring up another post with the ratings.Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.
