It's the unit on the left. It was oil-fired. I don't know if it was original (1952) to the house.

    My favorite customer question comes to mind..."since it sits right next to my water heater, can't the water heater be hooked to the pipes and make my heat for this season?"

    In 1952

    there was no incentive to make the equipment efficient. The only incentive was to make it cheaply.



    Bet when you replace that thing, you cut her oil consumption in half!
