Oil burner tune up findings

I tuned up my boiler this year and found deposits of soot on the turbulator. What would be some of the causes? I run a Thermoflow hydronic boiler with the oil pressure set at 150 .60A Danfoss nozzle air at .6, O2 4.5, C02 12.1, flue 470F at 56F ambient, zero smoke. The only thing i have trouble with is my draft. I get -1 over the fire and -2 at the breech. My water heater vents into the same stack and both the boiler and water heater have draft regulators. I don't know what the turbulator gets so sooty.

Is the draft at the breech

-0.02, or -0.2? If the latter, it's way too high. This can pull the flame off the burner head, which can leave deposits everywhere.

What burner is on that boiler?

    tune up findings

agree on the draft findings...may be too much draft but may be too little as well. Is the flue large enough to handle both appliances. Could be getting backdraft when both operate at the same time. If so, you can solve the problem using a priority relay and give the water heater priority. We do this in Maine when a furnace and a water heater share a flue that is not large enough. We must have equal square inches in the flue to match both connectors. A Taco or equal circ relay with priority works great for this purpose.
