base board+radiators

On one zone there are 6 castiron radiators and in the summer i installed 30 ft of slantfin in place of one of the radiators now there is no heat going to the basboard . I installed a Taco 0010 in place of a oo7f4circulator and have taken the pressure as high as 15psi. the return to the circulator is all 2" steel pipe, about40' in both direction from the boiler. the basboard I installed is also the furthest away from the boiler. and about 17' from the bottom of the boiler to the 2nd floor where the basebord is. the other zone is on the other side of this double house and is all basboard,works fine ,this is a old farmhouse .........Any help would be appreciated

you have an air bubble in the line or radiator. you are going to have to bleed the radiator until you get the air out,also when you bleed the radiators you have to bleed this radiator first on that floor.

Monoflow?

Assuming you do have a monoflow system, make sure the baseboard you added doesn't have any air trapped inside.  If you think it is not an air problem, it is possible that the spacing of the original monoflow tee's isn't creating enough resistance for the water to flow through the 30' of baseboard.
