NEED HELP WITH A PANASONIC MINI SPLIT HEAT PUMP INDOOR FAN WILL

RUN FINE BUT THE OUTDOOR UNIT WILL RUN RUN FOR 5-10 MIN AND DROP OUT HAS ANYONE RUN INTO THIS OR CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE TO START PLEASE

    where to start

    if a either dirty indoor air filter, or a plugged condensate drain are not the cause of the problem, then i would start with panasonic tech support.--nbc
