Fin-Tube Baseboard

Does anyone have or know where I can find the formula that is used to calculate btu output for fin-tube baseboard. Baseboard charts give you the average ratings at 150, 160, 170, 180. None give you the 155, 165,175 average ratings.
Example. Suntemp 700 Series at a water temp of 170 degrees and a flow rate of 2gpm gives you 514 btus a foot and at a water temp of 160 degrees with the same flow rate 442 btu's per foot. What will it give me with a 165 degree water temp at the same flow rate of 2GPM?

To answer the example, I'd assume the response between those two temperatures is approximately linear and say 165F is about 478 BTU, plus or minus a couple....0
