Height of riser to drop header

On a new, low-water-content boiler, the header has to be at least 24" above water line. If the riser, from the casting to the first ell is 24" (or higher) straight up and I then drop down to the header, causing the actual height of the header to be less than 24" above the water line, is that ok? Or does the header have to be at 24" above the casting regardless of the height of riser to first ell?
Thank you,
Mike

Dropp header
The 24" rise above NWL is to make it difficult for water droplets to enter the header. You will be ok.0 -
drop header
That is what I thought, but I wanted confirmation.
Thank you, Joe.
