High Efficiency Oil Boiler
I'm currently bidding a job for a customer who wants an oil fired boiler that will get him into the federal energy tax credit. The best I can find is roughly 87% AFUE (not bad for oil fired) This boiler is energy star rated. Is that enough to get him in the program or does it have to be 90% or better?

"over 89"
Buderus G125BE Low-NOx claims to be "over 89". You can tune it to 90%.
I don't know the answer to your question but I would not let some ignorant bureaucrat bribe me to buy a certain system.0 -
