Steam boiler with external tankless coil

I work for an oil company and we installed a new semi commercial steam boiler with and external coil. There have been numerous calls for no hot water. The boiler is currently piped with the supply to the tankless at the indirect tapping and returning in the rear section at the bottom. The controller is in the front of the boiler. I would love to see a piping diagram of how they would like an external coil installed on a steam boiler. having some trouble finding it. Any ideas????
