knocking radiator

in Radiant Heating
Hi there, I have radiator heaters in my home and the one in our bedroom (of course) has started making this strange knocking sound. Does anyone have any idea what this is and how to get rid of it? Thanks.

    Do you have steam heating or hot water heating?
