Ecologix Air Handler,,,

Anyone else tried one of these,,, ECM technology was great,,, but wiring was a <em>nightmare.</em>

    Just coupled-one to a Solo 60,,, as I said the wiring was "tricky" between the CH(with domestic priority) & A/C mode, but it seems to work well.



    I`ll have some pics tomorrow.

    But the Ecologix AH  seems to work well.



    It has an ECM motor that modulates like the Prestige burner(provided the curve is set-right), to provide a constant gentle air-movement  within his house.



    I had my doubts at first,,, but the customer loves-it.

    I hope they solved their issue with their variable speed boards? They last about 15 months and then won't ramp up. We stopped using because even though they were aware of the problem the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind the boards. At $400 per board it really made customers mad. especially when it happened more than once to the same customer. Check the warranty on the board? Get it in writing.
