Got the call about the middle boiler failing. In less than 5 years. Can't tell yet if seal or section failed. Getting approval to do something beginning with taking it off the system. How about this install? I think the all welded header & risers is what killed the boiler personally. Was there a resent discussion on how to tame the waterline with 3 boilers piped on the same system? Wouldn't a simple swing check on each do since the return is pumped?

    I have a few 3 bank Caravan steam systems I re-piped from messes like this,, now I have a service contact with each.



    A check/valve on each is NOT the answer,,,,, have you checked the S/F site regarding Caravan installation?,,,,, everything you need to know is there.
