Old boiler

I have a customer that has bought a used boiler but the jacket has no name on it. All I have are model and serial numbers. They are, serial... nb501439-ad, and model... hy-15. It is a light tan color, it is electric oil/electric or just oil it also has electric hydronic LR50435 on the plate.1500w 240/60. The unit will be used for heating a house in southern manitoba if anybody has any idea of what this might be and where to get install instruction please let me now thx.
