I have 3 zones on my boiler system with a pump on each zone do I need to have a zone valve on those zones also or is the pumps all I need? Thanks

No zone valves, but...
If the circulators do not have a flow-check valve in them, you will need one in the supply line to each zone. If the piping is large, you may want a check valve in the return as well (it depends, as usual).
