Hi; I am looking to buy house. Have questions about heating system. It is a raised ranch with a walkout basement. It has in floor hydronic heat powered by a hot water heater. The concern is that the only place that has coils in the floor is the bottom level. has only 2 valves and one thermostat to control. The ceiling is finished, there is open staircase to 1st level. 2500sq ft 1250 down and 1250 on main. Cannot see how upstair rooms get heat. I am in cold climate (northern wisconsin) Looking for opinions.
Thank You
