Was the recepient a plumber, urologist  or eye doctor? There's gotta be some history to this cake....

    Perhaps an eye Dr. got a bad plumbing job,,, or this is a crack at our rates?

    Could it be...

    I thought about the cake and decided a plumber must have either retired or died, since the eye was shedding mucho tears.
