a heating contractor that will not shotgun parts and troubleshoot to the actual bad part?
Its a well know American made boiler - Burnham Revolution.
Have intermittent problem where boiler is called in and does not turn on. Had one company go in who were licensed, without a volt meter. They turned power off and on and it fired. I am sure it will happen again. Contractor wanted to just swap out parts by guessing :-(
I would go out there but after falling off a ladder a few days ago I will be home for weeks / months.
Any ideas ? Location is Waltham Mass.

tech support
most manufacturers have a tech support line, why not give them a call? unfortunately the safety devices of today, are more difficult to troubleshoot than yesterday's pilot light and thermocouple.--nbc0
