Does anyone take pride in property anymore?



On one side(a policeman in his 20`s) has not cut his grass in 6 weeks,,,,,



The other,,,,,, a burned-out "druggie" (52Yrs) old who collects a<em> disability</em> and has his 78 yr old mother cut the grass!



What`s wrong with this picture?

    they're having personal or financial problems? If your house is worth less than you owe and you can't pay the mortgage,it's tough to have pride in your home. Things aren't always what they appear and I don't imagine anyone on their deathbed regrets not having better landscaping!
