False Marketing

Instead of trying to bash one of the best pump manufacturers in the world, why don't you try and compare apples to apples. You compare a Grundfoss Alpha to your typical 007. Are you kidding me. What, you didn't want to compare it to a Taco VS. Don't even answer that, cause we all know you're a hack vendor. Don't get me wrong, I use the pink pump as often as I use the TRUE GREEN but you are pulling the wool over the consumers eyes. And to mention that the Taco needs a flowcheck is ridiculous. Have you not heard of the Taco 007 IFC. The IFC stands for integral flow check. Stop LYING to the consumer just to make yourself feel better. Your a joke!!!

Misleading Video

The video misrepresents the alternate product (taco) and should have been compared with either a grundfos 15-42 or another variable speed pump to make logical comparisons.  Viewers looking at the video would infer that Taco is a "bad" pump. This is hardly fair to the manufacturer, who has a superior reputation in the industry.  



I'm sure their variable speed pump compares with the Alpha.  Comparison in technology should be made between the same products, then against assorted fixed speed pumps.  What about a visible flow meter on the piping demo?

The Taco VDT pump works the same way.  See attached literature, and compare that The video was not fair to Taco.  Will you identify yourself so we can discuss your brief inaccurate demo?

Did I miss something here? The Taco VDT and the Grundfos

Alpha are quite different.





With the Taco you set up a desired delta T and it is

calculated by the sensors installed, very nifty in special applications.





The Grundfos Alpha you select a characteristic you wish the

circ to follow, also very nifty from a simplicity aspect.





The similarity would be they employ VFD technology and a

little computing power to produce a final output.
