Dishwasher heater

A customer bought a dishwasher that is set up for steam. The DW manufacturer calls for 130 lbs per hour at 10-15 PSI. There is no existing system. What is the best way to set this up. I called my local Hoffman Rep and did not receive much help. The dishwasher will be on the first floor with the boiler in the basement below. I thought that if I run 10 PSI I would need a condensate pump but the Hoffman rep said otherwise?? Any help would be appreciated.
