Electric Radiant

Have a client renovating a powder room on a slab, unfortunately the boiler room is on the other side of the house and it would be impractical to install piping.
Anyone have experience with electric floor warming mats? Feedback on installation, reliability and operating cost would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom

I've been in several homes
where electric radiant was installed and failed after a few years. Just like in Dave's pic. Problem is, to fix it you have to rip up the floor!
I don't recommend it.All Steamed Up, Inc.
