Rental House, hot water heat.

1. Basement bedroom & bath have fin-tube BB single loop, with own t-stat.

2. 1st Floor: Kitchen, Bath, have recessed CI rads,

Dining & Living Rooms have free standing CI rads all on monflow system with own t-stat.

3. Top Floor Apt: Kitchen, Bath, Living & Bed Room have fin-tube BB single loop, with own t-stat.

4. Chimney runs through Ist & 2nd floor kitchens, then attic, gives off nice radiant heat and

helps heat living areas plus attic. What does this tell you ?????????????

5. Boiler, natural gas fired, atmospheric, with standing pilot light.

Taco PC700 Boiler reset control would work nicely.  You would have to install a zone control or switching relay that is expandable to accommodate.



Multi-pump system?  I have seen some nice performance with the Taco Variable Speed Delta "T" pumps.
