energy savings calculator

I am looking for a link to an energy savings calculator for light commercial boiler replacement. Specifically, for apartment complexes. I thought I had used one from energy star before but it was just single family.

    Energy savings

    Viessmann has an excellent software program to calculate commercial boiler replacements. The software is proprietary and it is given out to those who complete the Commercial Boiler Room class. Your local Viessmann rep can run it for you; it helps to have previous fuel bills from the prospect to fine tune the report calcs.
