Congratulations to Ted Lowe!!

The RPA has a new Executive Director. Ted Lowe has been appointed as E.D. by the board of directors. He brings new blood and direction to the organization. Ted replaces Larry Drake, the first and original E.D. of the association, who has retired. Ted's first goal is to get better recognition for the association, and its members, and to increase membership.



This is great news for the associaton, and I for one, stand ready to help in ay way I can.



Congrat's Ted. Keep up the excellent work.
