Yep, it’s already been a year. A year ago today I walked into the hospital thinking I pulled a muscle because of some pain I was experiencing in my abdominal area. As it turned out it was more serious than I could ever imagine and I told Iwas close to meeting my maker.

I was admitted, treated and eventually went through some major surgery. I’m still dealing with my medical issues but I’m in a lot better shape then a year ago today!

Most importantly what I remember is that many of you were there for me! You supported me through prayer, with cards, phone calls, and monetary support. I just wanted you all to know that I’ll never forget that and I truly appreciate what so many of you have done for me.

I’m most grateful that I was recently able to walk my daughter down the isle!

Thank you all for being there for me when I needed you most!

A special Thanks to my close friend Dan Holohan for his roll in bringing the industry together to help me.

Glad that is behind you....
Does not seem that long ago that the post was up here describing your woes. I don't think we were aware at the time how dire the situation was! I'll bet the time spent in the Hospital seemed like a year!
I am glad you have recovered Alan. Even though we have not met, I know you to be one of the most generous, helpful folks alive. You make" the Wall" the great place that it is.
Here's to another year of good health,
JimThere was an error rendering this rich post.

Alan
The year did go quickly in all actuality .
Although it may have seemed like a lifetime for you and your loved ones.
Your friends are always here for you , just as you have always been for us .
The roses smell sweeter , the sun shines brighter that we are all still together.
