Does weather responsive for warm air exist?

I've got many years under my belt with "weather responsive" for Hydronics and I know how to save big on Hydronics as well as steam. I have not ever heard of resetting warm air. I know you can dial down Hydro-air and you can even slow down blower motors but as for a control that monitors outdoor temperature and supply duct temperature, I'm not aware of anything except an economizer on a rooftop unit. Does anyone know of a product whether residential or commercial?
