vitodens problem

just installed viessmann vitodens 200 in existing home. radiant in-floor with poly tube. isolated with triangle flat plate hx. keep getting fault 14 and burner lockout. gas pressure is good,power seems fine. Any ideas? Thanks

Vitodens problem
Input voltage to ionization rod must be approx. 160 to 170 VAC (to
ground). If it is not, check polarity (L, N, G) of the power supply.
Try to check this, we did have situation similar to yours, it was dirty rod.

Check ignitor distances. We had only a couple out of spec at delivery. Also, check to make sure the right gas oriface is in. Many of the fault codes are in the manuel along with trouble shooting tips. Good luck.0 -
FPHX with Vitodens
Are you using the low loss header? If not, you may be air bound in the FPHX. If you're connecting the FPHX directly to the boiler, I recommend turning the internal pump speed to 100%0
