  How often should the media in a standard condensate neutralizer be replaced ? I have a Baxi HT380 combi boiler set at 160 degrees for heat . Is there a general rule of thumb for how much condensate it will generate ?

    Test the PH

    Use a standard PH test strip and test the water coming out of the neutralizer. If the Ph falls below 6 it is time to replace the media
