What screw driver for this iso-flange?

It's too large for a torx 30, and shape doesn't seem like torx. Know what grand flange this is? no writing anywhere. We need the exact driver since it's a bit frozen......

Hex Key
When the iso flange won't turn with a large screwdriver, use an allen hex key. It looks like an older Grundfos flange.0 -

Looks like a Clutch Type Bit ,its a little different but you might get lucky try Grainger item#1YHW5, or you might be able to use a breaker bar w/a flat head screwdriver bit.0 -
If worst comes to worst, ...
... you might replace it with a gizmo like Taco's Shut-Off Freedom Flange. It has a ball valve in it with a regular ball valve handle on it.0
