Core drilling walls for mini splits and vents

Is anyone familiar with the dynatech dry core bits that attach to your grinder? How well do they work on rebar? Nice looking site Dan.

grinder bits
I have used the bits for a grinder before, they seem to work well. Not sure of the costs, but would suggest slow speeds and any amount of water you can use will speed the process while extending bit life.
