Illinois Model 0 air vent

in THE MAIN WALL
Is this and air vent?
This 1" vent is on a condensate return line.
It has a rectangular body. A line comes off the back end of the body and is connected to the top of a 90 degree elbow which is pointed down. Another line comes off the bottom of the body and connects to the pipe coming out of the 90 degree elbow. Hopefully I attached a picture.
Is Illinois = Hoffman?
Is this model still available?
If not any suggestions?
