Ahh! Yes. We had a little sign where I worked: "If you cannot fix it, do not touch it."
But the one I liked best went something like this:
We have not answered all our questions. Sometimes we feel we have not answered any of them.
Those questions we have answered have served only to raise a host of new questions.
However we feel that we are now confused on a higher level,
and about more important things.

No idea, passed it and went back for a picture.
TimJust a guy running some pipes.0 -
googled it.....
came back as some type of filter for irrigation set up....0 -
You are no doubt correct, but I liked my first impression better: someone had all these spare parts and made a piece of sculpture with it. The red thing is very likely the filter, but what is the blue thing. It reminds me of the anti-backflow valve for my boiler makeup (though greatly scaled up). What do you suppose the grey electric box at the right is for? It looks like an athletic field there. What irrigation takes place there?0 -
Obvious!
It's obviously a left handed frisbee inducifier, but they put a right hand creny on it for some reason. I don't think it will ever be able to move the bottom to the top in the properly calibrated function time without a new over the top button platform. Especially since an over sized cantilever post was not applied in the obtuse direction.
Or, in German, Das Machine is nicht fur gefingerpoken und mittengrabben.

What is it
It is, (the blue thing) a "Sand Seperator" also called a "Vortex filter". Good for taking large particulate out of water sources with lots of sediment.0 -
its
a filter system. Amiad is a water systems filtration company. Looks like they may have had a break in the line and installed this to removee particulate in the pipe. has a temporary look to it0 -
Ground water remediation?
Ground water remediation? The unit all of the way to the right looks like a heat exchanger. Would they use heated water to clean out a line?0 -
filters
