Gentlemen, I want to install two mod/con boilers with an indirect. Tend to lean toward the Knight altho I have no experience with it. Like the built in staging and indirect controls. Due to too much experience with Munchkins, I feel that I need to install TWO smaller boilers so I don't literally get left in the cold when one fails and I am waiting on the factory to ship parts because the wholesaler never stocks...
Anyway; I would like to hear from you all who have experience with mod/cons as to the best value out there and what the limitations/ benefits of the various mfg might be. My real 'druthers would be an IBC boiler for the absolutely loverly controls, but I figure I can get two HTP's or others for redundancy.
Hope I've not rambled too much. One other factor is I am at 4500' so let me know if our high desert location factors in as well.
Thanks again for the combined wisdom of the wall Dan!
