My work GMC has to have the rears pulled to change rotors. Down 1/3 of trucks. Have had nothing but problems with the rear end of this thing. Yes, I would buy a sprinter. All makes have problem. Good vs. bad, Sprinter still wins.

Trying to get a sprinter fixed
We have a 2007 sprinter, unfortunately there are only 3 places left to service them in south east mass.
The dealer in Norwood took the sprinter in for an occasional not start problem. For the 4th time. This was a scheduled appointment. After they got the truck they said four days worth of work. They got the truck on Friday, it is now Monday and they have not touched it. Due to lift and mechanic unavailability's. We are a two man shop 50% of our capasity is down. Would you buy another sprinter after this.

Problem is
I have half a dozen ford and Chevy dealers near me. Only one sprinter and they take advantage of that.
