Long Island plumber's picnic/ Big Ugly.................

Sat July 25th from 10:30am-430pm,in Franklin Square, we are holding our Nassau Board of Plumbing Examiners Picnic. This is an annual event with a close to 80 year history. This year, we are featuring a Great American Old-Fashioned Picnic for the whole family including...ponies for the kids, face painting, a jumping castle, and traditional games like three-legged races and the like. For the adults, you can enjoy German Beer and picnic grub in the Beer Garten whilst our two piece live band cranks out your requests (Tommy + his partner can play anything!) For businesses, we are offering corporate sponsorships of events and prizes, and quite a few will be setting up tables to display their wares. Tickets are $50 for 21 and up; $30 for teenagers and kids under 12 are free!!! So far, John NY is our first wallie to buy a ticket, Dan + TLM have a prior commitment, but are corporate sponsors. Thank you guys!!!!! I am hoping Ron Jr, Robert O'Brien, Rick kelly, Johnny White, and the guys from last year can make it....we"ll have a great time. For those of you not familiar...this is an open event and all are welcome to come mingle, network, eat, drink, kavetch, party, snooze in the shade or get crazy dancing to the band.
